Insight Pelvic Health is not your typical physical therapy practice. Look around and you won’t find treatment tables out in a crowded gym. Never will you see a room bustling with the energy of a 24-hour Fitness, or find yourself passed between multiple staff members who have trouble remembering your name. At Insight, we take a quieter, more personal approach to care.

Insight is a small, local, woman owned clinic. Specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, we have 4 doctors of physical therapy, all of whom have over 10 years of experience. All of us at Insight are trained to treat the full pelvis, including both internal vaginal and internal rectal assessments and treatments. Yet even with all that experience and training, we believe we are better together. Multiple times a month we meet to collaborate on our care so that you are getting the brains of four experienced clinicians rather than one. We have a wide array of programs to help you with your symptoms or your condition, which allows us to provide you the best comprehensive care. And while our programs align with the highest standards of care, they are not one-size-fits-all protocols--you will always be getting the care that works for you, that is specific to your body and your needs.

Our clinic was specifically designed to offer a calming environment that feels welcoming and not medical. From top to bottom, we have designed our clinic to make you feel at home and at ease. Your treatments are held one-on-one with your doctor in a private, sound proof treatment room so that your conversations with your provider are private and protected. We also understand that many patients come to us after experiencing medical trauma elsewhere in the healthcare system. Because of this, we know the importance of bringing an awareness of trauma into our practice, and of earning the trust of each and every one of our patients.

We aim to provide the best pelvic floor therapy care possible, and we hold this as our mission for one simple reason: your experience of care matters. We might be the experts in pelvic health, but you are the expert in your body and that is essential when it comes to your care.
